CRE Engage collects information needed to operate your workspace, including account details, outreach activity records, and billing metadata.

How we use information

  • Maintain service reliability, fraud prevention, and security monitoring.
  • Process subscriptions and billing events.

Messaging and communications records

Call, text, and email workflow records are retained to support campaign operations and history. Message frequency varies by workflow. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help when messaging is enabled.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Browser extension disclosure

The Creengage LinkedIn Automation Helper browser extension supports user-requested LinkedIn outreach actions from the Creengage LinkedIn workspace.

When the extension is used, it may access contact names, LinkedIn profile URLs, and message drafts already shown in the Creengage workspace, and it may read or update limited content on LinkedIn pages needed to open a profile, click Connect, fill the LinkedIn message composer, send a message, and return action results to the Creengage workspace.

The extension code is packaged with the extension, does not load remote code, and does not include standalone advertising or analytics code inside the extension. The extension is intended only to provide the user-facing LinkedIn automation workflow and is not used to sell data or for unrelated profiling.
